By downloading or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Nature of Service
This Application provides generated content for entertainment and reflective purposes only. The results do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any insights provided.
3. User Accounts
The application is designed to be private. No account creation is required unless specified for optional features. Your data and settings are generally tied to your device and your store account for subscription purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
We own all rights, titles, and interests in the application, including but not limited to the logic, design, and branding. You may not decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a subscription. Payments are processed via the respective App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your Account Settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purposes or to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
